At the Arena in Mexico City, the fiftieth ordinary congress of the Confederación Autónoma de Trabajadores y Empleados de México (CATEM), chaired by Pedro Haces Barba, was held.

It is important to note that CATEM represents 1,192 unions from various sectors across the country.

With over 22,000 attendees, including governors, ambassadors, officials from the Ministry of Labor, business leaders, and Claudia Sheinbaum as a special guest and virtual presidential candidate, the congress took place.
